Generate new Lexical Growth Curve data

To generate a lexical growth curve, pick which annotation you wish to apply it to (by default: just words), and the token interval at which you want to plot the number of cumulative types overserved.

If you request a lexical growth curve with the same annotation and interval as one which already exists, it will not be recreated.
